Just to let you guys know ways to remember some phonetic alphabets(as from what says,she's having hard times remember Papa)
A -Alpha *simple.Just remember the word Alphabets.
B -Bravo *I don't know...just remember "Bravo!!~"?
C -Charlie *Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
D -Delta *Should have no prob. w/ this one.River Delta :]
E -Echo *This one should be no problem also right?

N -November *This one just remember the months can le. "Wake me up when November comes"
O -Oscar *Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street.or the oscar awards we get for saving the president through first aid or sth.ok that's not true since oscar awards is for those performing kinda people,but just as an example lah xD
P -Papa *It's just another way of calling your father "daddy".I'm not kidding.or beard papa!!yay!! PAP arh... or, papa!ya. although the 2nd one maybe will say papaya instead of papa
Q -Quebec *It's a country too right?wa kimberly ur geog so pro man. cue's back
R -Romeo *Romeo & Juliet
S -Sierra *Yet another country
T -Tango *The dance?
U -Uniform *School uniform blue. do NOT ask me why.

X -X-ray *I don't know... :ohahah!!we're rc people and rc people are kinda related to like the ambulance (?) and ambulance goes to the hospital and there's xray in hospitals!booyah.so just remember that you're in rc xD "do you think i have x-ray vision?"
Y -Yankee *Yankee Doodle!omg this is the way i rmbed it also... :D New york Yankee baseball team
Z -Zulu *An African tribe(apparently) Zoo in the Loo. =D
